Right Choice Senior Placement

How it works

No jargon, no pressure, no bill. Here’s the whole journey, from your first call to long after moving day.

Call (520) 555-0123
  1. 1

    The first call

You call, or we call you after you book a visit online. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to sign. Tell us what's happening — a hospital discharge coming up, a diagnosis that changed things, or just a growing feeling that Mom or Dad shouldn't be alone anymore. Every family we help started with this same hard call, and making it is an act of love, not a betrayal.

  2. 2

    What we'll ask

We'll ask about the level of care your parent needs (help with medications, memory support, mobility), what feels like home to them — a garden, pets, Spanish spoken, a quiet street — and what your family can comfortably spend each month. Honest answers here are what let us match well instead of showing you everything.

  3. 3

    Touring together

We narrow Tucson's homes down to a short list that actually fits, and before any tour we show you each home's Arizona Department of Health Services record — inspections, citations, all of it, in plain English. Then we schedule the visits and walk in with you, so you can focus on how it feels while we ask about staffing, care plans, and contracts.

  4. 4

    Moving day

Once your family chooses, we help coordinate the details — the paperwork, the care assessment, the move-in date — and we check that everything the home promised is in place. Many families tell us this day is lighter than they feared: it's the day the worry starts to lift.

  5. 5

    We stay with you after

We check in after the move, and we're a phone call away for as long as you want us to be. Care needs change — and if the home ever stops being the right fit, or your parent's care level grows beyond what it can offer, call us. We'll help you find the next right home, and that help is free too.

Who pays us

Our service is always free to families. When you choose a home we've introduced you to, that home pays us a referral fee. You never pay more because you worked with us, and we show you every home's state record either way.

In plain terms: assisted living homes set aside a marketing budget to reach families. When a family we’ve helped chooses one of those homes, the home pays us a referral fee from that budget. The monthly rate your family pays is the same rate you’d be quoted walking in on your own.

And because we know that model only works if you can trust our recommendations, we show you every home’s state inspection and enforcement record either way — including anything a home might prefer we didn’t mention. We’ll tell you plainly when a home isn’t right for your parent. Our name is on every introduction we make, and in a town like Tucson, that reputation is everything we have.

Questions families ask us

How much does this cost my family?
Nothing — not now, not later. Our service is always free to families. When you choose a home we've introduced you to, that home pays us a referral fee. You never pay more because you worked with us, and we show you every home's state record either way.
How fast can this happen?
As fast as your family needs. Families often move within 30 days of a hospital discharge, and when a discharge date is looming we can move quickly: a first conversation today, tours within days, and a move as soon as the right home has a spot ready.
What areas do you cover?
Tucson and everywhere within about 50 miles, including Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Catalina Foothills.
What if it's not the right fit later?
Call us. Needs change, and sometimes a home that was right at first isn't right forever. We'll listen to what's changed, pull the state records again, and tour with you again — still at no cost to your family. We stay with families for the whole journey, not just the first move.
