Like most people in this work, our founder came to it through family — through the experience of searching for the right home for someone they loved and realizing how much easier it should be. The full story (and a photo) will live here.
Why we publish the state’s records
Arizona licenses and inspects every assisted living home, and those inspection reports and enforcement actions are public record. But they live in state databases most families never think to search — especially in the stressful week after a hospital discharge.
So we do the searching for you. We gather each home’s Arizona Department of Health Services inspection history and any enforcement actions, and we put them right on the home’s page — the good records and the not-so-good ones. Because we’re paid by homes when a family moves in, showing you the state’s own record on every home is how we keep ourselves honest. You should never have to wonder what we didn’t tell you.

When you search for help online, most of what you’ll find are national referral websites. Fill in a form and your phone number is sent to a list of homes matched by zip code — often by someone who has never set foot in Arizona.
We work differently because we live here. We personally tour every home before we ever recommend it. We know which streets are quiet, which caregivers have been there for years, and which homes sit ten minutes from your mom’s church or your dad’s VA appointments. We only serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Catalina Foothillsand the surrounding area — Tucson plus about 50 miles — because that’s the ground we can honestly know.
And when you call, you talk to us. Not a call center, not a lead desk — a neighbor who will meet you at the front door of every tour.
